Get In Where You Fit In
We are committed to being a personal asset to students of color everywhere. You can help us create a world where every youth is maximizing their fullest potential.
Become a Mentor
Most of us have had a teacher, supervisor, or coach who has been a mentor to us and made a difference in our lives. Mentoring, at its core, guarantees someone who cares about students, assuring them that they are not alone in dealing with day-to-day challenges.
Join a diverse team. Work in a high-need community. From calling potential donors to assisting with clerical work, nothing is too small or large when it comes to helping out.
Join the Board
We champion the importance of exceptional board leadership and believe each and every
nonprofit needs a strong and effective board to fully accomplish its goals.
Become a Member
Membership is the driver of our success. We lean on our network of mentors, parents, teachers, counselors, artists, coaches, pastors, and other creative professionals to accomplish our mission.
Partner With Us
We seek to partner with schools and other civic and social groups to guide growth in areas of personal development. We tailor our programs to match the specific needs of every student.
