Meet the Live2Create Team

Amy is the founder of Live2Create Leadership Academy and President of the Board. With 15+ years in education, coaching, and instructional design, she is passionate about helping students, professionals, and leaders discover their God-given purpose. She also leads Live2Create Foundation Network and a coaching practice for entrepreneurs and career changers.

Calondra Tibbs is the CEO & Principal of Trifecta Consulting, where she specializes in organizational strategy and leadership development. She brings extensive expertise in guiding nonprofits to sustainable growth and serves on the Live2Create Board of Directors with a passion for empowering youth and communities.

Brandon Monteith is Head of Strategy at Tempus Ex, where he drives growth and innovation at the intersection of sports, technology, and data. As a member of the Live2Create Board of Directors, he leverages his strategic expertise to help shape the Academy’s vision and long-term impact.

DeaRonda Harrison is the President of June First Firm, where she helps nonprofits secure funding through expert grant writing and development strategy. On the Live2Create Board of Directors, she brings her passion and expertise to strengthen fundraising and sustainability.

Iniki Franklin is the founder of Wildflower Kulture and serves as Executive Assistant and Project Manager for Live2Create. With a gift for organization and systems, she supports the Academy’s operations and ensures projects move forward with excellence.

Davione Johnson is a Fundraising Intern with Live2Create Foundation Network. She is a junior at Howard University, majoring in Business Management with a minor in Human Development. Davione is passionate about youth empowerment and supports research and fundraising efforts for the launch of Live2Create Leadership Academy.

Ava Thur is a sophomore at Colgate University and serves as Live2Create’s Education Intern. She supports curriculum design, the accreditation process, and learning resources that will shape the Academy’s student experience.

Wendy Axtelle is in her final year at Seattle University and serves as Live2Create’s Education Intern. She contributes to lesson planning and curriculum design that will shape the Academy’s faith-based learning model.
